The Good Red Road

One experiences Life through inspiration and expansion; focusing on Self-Truth and Clarity. Though there are many distractions, all can be overcome once internal balance is achieved and the Soul is true to itself and others.

Window design sometimes goes beyond pure esthetics, and becomes an introspective experience. When designing a personal piece for my studio, a Cherokee metaphor called The Good Red Road came to mind.

I designed two intersecting circles on my Good Red Road, representing a cathartic experience in the 90's of coming to New Mexico, meeting my husband and reestablishing myself as an artist. Every day I enter my studio, I am happily reminded of The Good Red Road and my commitment to it.
